What I'm looking for

I'm targeting HR Officer, HR Administrator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, People Operations, Administrative Officer, or HR Coordinator roles in the UAE.

At Bounty, I manage full-cycle recruitment and employee-relations activities across three Luzon regions. I average 15 hires monthly and handle up to 43 concurrent vacancies.

I achieve average time-to-fill results of 14 days for regular roles and 21 days for hard-to-fill roles, against targets of 30 and 40 days. I maintain proactive talent pipelines and coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
