I'm looking to lead teams delivering scalable data platforms and AI-driven solutions, where I can combine engineering leadership, cloud modernization, data quality, and cross-functional product delivery.

At ACA Group, I lead end-to-end delivery for the Ethos ESG platform, managing a 10-member cross-functional team of Data & AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and SMEs.

I modernized the platform from Ruby on Rails and Heroku to Python and AWS, and architected data pipelines plus an internal validation and visualization platform that improved ESG data reliability and stakeholder confidence.
