At Sapiens International, I lead Data & AI platform strategy and the development of an enterprise Agentic AI platform for the Insurance domain. The platform uses AI-driven agents to automate internal operations and streamline workflows.
I piloted an ontology-based metadata brain that models business entities, data relationships, and transformation logic to generate, validate, and optimize pipeline design. I also built a GenAI agentic platform using CrewAI and LangChain, and lead a 20+ person engineering organization.
At Sapiens International, I delivered a multi-tenant Azure SaaS Enterprise Data Platform using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and ADLS Gen2. I also own end-to-end data and ML pipeline architecture and govern multi-region infrastructure budgets and FinOps reviews.
Earlier, at Mphasis Pvt Ltd, I designed a Spark Streaming framework used across 10+ data engineering squads and architected real-time Kafka and Spark pipelines for order processing. At Philips, I designed Spark SQL healthcare analytics pipelines that improved report generation speed by 50%.
