I'm currently preparing handcrafted coffee and tea beverages at Kapu Cafe in Riyadh, while welcoming guests, processing POS transactions, and keeping service areas clean, stocked, and safe.

Previously at Tata Starbucks, I supported fast-paced café operations through beverage preparation, menu guidance, product recommendations, inventory replenishment, and customer service. My work also spans customer support at Datamatics Business Solutions and Reliance SMSL, where I handled inquiries, support issues, customer communication, and new-employee training.

I've also supported sales and delivery operations with Shoppers Stop, Zepto, and Swiggy, demonstrating products, making recommendations, resolving concerns, and managing multiple customer requests under pressure.
