At Notion, I build AI platform infrastructure for retrieval, LLM orchestration, streaming AI, and full-stack delivery. I cut AI query p95 latency from about 3.8 seconds to 850ms across 40,000+ daily workspace queries and reduced document indexing lag by about 65%.

Previously at Slack, I led platform work for Slack Connect v2, serving 11,000+ organizations with secure multi-tenant REST/gRPC contracts and event-driven service boundaries. I reduced Connect API p95 latency by 40%, established 99.99% uptime SLOs, and helped reduce critical incidents from roughly six per quarter to one over the following year.

On Slack's messaging infrastructure team and at Uber, I improved real-time delivery, synchronization, and dispatch pipelines through Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, WebSockets, React, and distributed tracing. My work reduced Uber dispatch p99 processing latency from about 780ms to 195ms and strengthened production reliability for high-throughput services.

I enjoy modernizing services end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, observability, security, CI/CD, and mentoring. I also use AI-assisted engineering workflows while keeping human review, automated testing, and security checks in the release path.
