What I'm looking for

I am looking for senior technical roles where I can lead and mentor teams, drive architecture and observability improvements, and deliver high-impact, reliable backend systems in collaborative environments.

I am a Staff Software Engineer with broad experience designing, implementing and operating resilient microservice architectures for high-availability payment and retail platforms. I take full responsibility for critical system components and deliver reliable solutions under pressure.

I've led teams and technical initiatives—migrations, observability stack rollouts, cost-saving RFCs, and advertising integrations—while mentoring engineers and promoting testing, DDD and TDD practices. I have shipped payments features and content/advertising placements that directly supported product expansion.

Technically, I work primarily with Java, Kotlin and related JVM ecosystems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation), containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), streaming and observability tools (Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana) and relational and NoSQL datastores.
