With over six years of experience in the banking sector, I have honed my skills in customer relationship management and process improvement. My journey began at HCL Technologies, where I spent nearly four years as an Associate in the Backend Process for the Bank of Ireland. Here, I was responsible for managing customer accounts, assisting solicitors with deceased fund withdrawals, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Following my tenure at HCL, I joined WNS Global Services as a Senior Associate, where I worked with the First Bank of Abu Dhabi. My role involved handling customer queries, verifying documents, and managing fixed deposit accounts. I take pride in my ability to drive continuous improvement in processes, ensuring that all operations adhere to quality standards and are executed within time limits.
