Led SAP IS-U migration, EMIGALL, data mapping, cutover, testing, and go-live activities for Australian Gas & Light and ENI Gas & Power.
Delivered SAP IS-U rollout, billing configuration, ABAP enhancements, SmartForms, and production support, and developed an award-winning billing print solution.
