At HCL Technologies, I lead offshore SAP BRIM SOM support for Google Cloud, keeping end-to-end subscription order lifecycles running from order creation and changes through CI and CC billing integration. I investigate production incidents, implement permanent fixes, design middleware data flows, and maintain KLO operations through health checks, monitoring, and documentation.
Previously, I delivered SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementation work for Citrix and supported SAP CRM and Convergent Invoicing processes for Direct Energy. Across telecom, utility, and cloud-services engagements, I've contributed to Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, testing, go-live support, product modelling, contract management, and ABAP-assisted issue analysis.
