I'm looking to lead complex SAP IS-U billing transformations, shape scalable architecture, guide delivery teams, and advance AI-enabled utility billing innovation.

I've delivered SAP IS-U billing and invoicing transformations for Eon Next, SoCal Gas, Duke Energy, Piedmont Natural Gas, Ethiopian Electric Utility, Origin Energy, Thames Water, and EDF. At FPT India, I lead 25+ team members on Eon Next's OneBilling transformation, mapping 2,000+ EPICs and user stories while driving billing initiatives using ISML, Gen AI, and SAP BTP.

Across 18 years in IT and 15+ years in SAP IS-U, I've designed scalable billing architectures, managed tariff and regulatory changes, and led testing, defect resolution, and delivery governance across five countries. I bring hands-on experience across SAP IS-U, S/4HANA, FI-CA, Device Management, customer service integration, and utility-market localization.
