I’m an SAP IS-U Associate Consultant with about 3 years of experience focused on Device Management, Billing & Invoicing, and FICA configurations. I help ensure reliable system operations through hands-on configuration, thorough testing, and responsive customer support.

In SAP IS-U, I work across master data and operational workflows—creating and managing Business, Technical, and Schedule master data, supporting device lifecycle actions (installation, removal, reversal, replacement, modification), and handling order creation and meter reading validations.

I’m also experienced in billing and invoicing execution, including building billing masters (rate types, operands, rates, schema, rate categories, and rate determination), creating individual and mass bills/invoices, and performing reversals, spool generation, and invoice printing. I develop unit test scripts and support parallel and batch processing to keep outcomes consistent and auditable.

Professionally, I collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve integration issues (including FICA DM and CVI integration), support move-in/move-out processes, and manage service request/order and disconnection/reconnection scenarios. From support to implementation, I aim to reduce downtime, improve user satisfaction, and deliver changes that align tightly with business needs.
