At Deloitte Consulting (USI), I supported a greenfield SAP BRIM transformation for a $25B ARR US Fortune 100 client, taking subscription and usage-based billing through three releases from discovery to post-go-live support.

I worked with business, finance, engineering and architecture teams to shape order flows and write functional specifications. I also led user training and knowledge-transfer sessions, and drove 20+ blocker and critical defects through integration testing and UAT.

While pursuing my MBA, I worked directly with business owners to streamline and automate 15+ end-to-end workflows, from discovery through production handover. I also built RevExOS.com, a lead-to-cash guide and free-tools site with 500+ monthly users, and developed AI invoice extraction tools with human review and accounting-ready exports.
