I’m looking to bring my ecommerce knowledge and customer-first approach into a dedicated Customer Support Specialist role—supporting customers end-to-end, resolving order and delivery issues quickly, and improving customer experience through clear communication.

I’m an Ecommerce Operations and Customer Support specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience managing online retail operations, customer relationships, supplier communication, and order fulfillment. I’ve also operated ecommerce businesses myself, so I understand the pressure of growing brands—especially when customer expectations and delivery issues need fast, reliable resolution.

I work across the full ecommerce customer journey, from product sourcing and importing to order processing, shipment tracking, and post-purchase support. I handle customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, and returns while coordinating with international suppliers and logistics providers to keep transactions smooth and records accurate.

In remote and independent environments, I focus on customer-first communication—providing proactive updates during delays and improving the customer experience through problem solving and follow-up management. I’m now looking to bring my ecommerce knowledge and customer-first approach into a dedicated Customer Support Specialist role.
