I’m an Infrastructure & Production Support Engineer with 8+ years of experience managing enterprise Linux, Windows, and database environments across global production infrastructures. I bring a strong foundation in system administration, database administration, incident management, patching, backup & recovery, and high-availability operations—especially in SLA-driven, 24x7 support.

In my current role as a Database Administrator (DBA) at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (TCS), I support database operations, monitoring, incident handling, and infrastructure-related activities while collaborating closely with infrastructure and support teams in SLA-driven environments. Previously at QAD INDIA PVT LTD, I managed enterprise Linux and Windows production environments for 600+ global clients across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, administered OpenEdge databases (refresh, dump/load, backup, disaster recovery), monitored server health with Icinga, and coordinated cross-functional teams to restore services within agreed SLAs—while also leading quarterly patching across 500+ servers.

Across my work, I’ve supported mission-critical enterprise environments by configuring OpenEdge auditing, replication, and internationalization features, managing security certificates and middleware configurations for integrations (including Boomi), performing root cause analysis for recurring production issues, and maintaining documentation, knowledge base articles, and change control processes. I’ve also been recognized with “Cloud Person of the Month” and multiple spot & kudos awards for managing high-severity outages, and I’ve provided technical training for 30+ trainees and junior engineers—alongside my ongoing RHCSA progress.
