Product Manager (MBA, IIM Rohtak) who owns products end-to-end — from problem discovery, user and market research, and PRDs through vendor selection, delivery, and adoption.
I currently drive the product portfolio for a 200+-outlet hyper-growth QSR chain, leading a 12-member cross-functional team of AI engineers, data analysts, and full-stack developers reporting to the founder/CEO. I've launched a 0-to-1 internal Franchise app to 500 active users, am leading the customer app and loyalty program from discovery to spec, and shipped 0-to-1 P&L and MIS AI agents (RAG + fine-tuned LLMs with an evaluation framework and golden datasets) that cut hallucination-related incidents 60%. I also ran a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP program end-to-end, replacing Tally, and own platform and vendor products across POS, TMS, and WMS.
Before this I spent two years as a Project Manager / Product Owner at Capgemini, driving Agile delivery across three parallel Salesforce programs (CPQ, Health Cloud, Service/Marketing Cloud) for enterprise clients with teams of up to 50. I pair voice-of-customer discipline with delivery rigor across stakeholders from engineers to the CEO.
