I'm looking to contribute my recruitment operations, client coordination, technical support, data management, and reporting skills in a fast-paced remote or corporate environment.

At MRR Global Services, I lead end-to-end recruitment operations for technical and non-technical roles across multiple industries. I coordinate candidate pipelines, interviews, offer documentation, onboarding, client communication, and recruitment reporting.

I use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS databases, and outreach to build qualified talent pipelines, while supporting market research, salary research, competitor analysis, and client requirements.

Previously at NextGen Enterprises, I delivered L1/L2 technical support, resolved hardware, software, networking, and access issues, and managed tickets through ServiceNow, Jira, and Zendesk. I also created SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and user guidance to improve support processes.
