I’m looking for a role where I can use analytics and operational structure to improve KPIs, support revenue growth, and build reliable dashboards and reporting systems while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

I’m an early-career data and operations-focused professional currently working as an Intern at New Age, where I’m developing operational frameworks for LTV analysis and revenue improvement from existing accounts. I work closely with business leads to optimize workflows and reporting structures, and I build Excel-based analytical models and KPI reports to support decisions.

During my leadership in the Placement Cell at P.G.D.A.V. College, I progressed from Join Secretary to President, effectively operating as de-facto COO for a 60-member student organization. I designed and maintained a 2500+ entry recruiter–student database with tracking and reporting, scaled placement outcomes by 70% and internships by 66% (INR 10+ Cr total offer value), and grew placement cell revenue by 150% through sponsorship and fundraising. I also owned end-to-end operations for “Converge” (50+ companies, 150+ HRs, 2500+ students) and coordinated stakeholders across NAAC, faculty, and recruiters.

My work blends analytics with operational discipline: I’ve managed data, tech, and marketing ops at Surefy.AI by tracking costs and KPIs, standardizing daily/weekly/monthly reporting cadence, and ensuring cross-team execution through structured coordination and documentation. I’m comfortable using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python (for reporting automation) alongside MS Excel and Google Sheets to turn messy inputs into clear dashboards and actionable insights.
