I’m looking for a remote, fast-paced recruitment role where I own end-to-end hiring for IT and non-IT positions, build strong talent pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and deliver quality candidates within tight deadlines.

I’m a results-driven HR Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains. I specialize in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent while protecting a strong candidate experience.

I’ve successfully closed 50+ positions across Software Development, Sales, HR, Finance, Healthcare, BPO, Hospitality, and Real Estate. I also supported high-volume hiring, successfully hiring 200+ candidates across IT and Non-IT domains.

I build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, social media platforms, and employee referrals. I coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, conduct HR interviews and candidate assessments, and manage offer rollouts.
