I’m looking for remote or local roles where I can deliver fast, solutions-focused customer support and high-accuracy admin and e-commerce coordination, while applying new Python/SQL/data visualization skills to improve workflow efficiency.

I’m a results-driven Virtual Assistant and Customer Support professional supporting business operations across administrative, e-commerce, and analyst environments. I focus on responsive client communication and structured, accurate data management to keep teams moving smoothly.

In my current Administrative Intern role, I maintain and update structured records in Google Sheets, organize digital files in Google Drive, and prepare tax documentation with zero errors and strict confidentiality. I also support remote workflows by proactively flagging bottlenecks to improve cross-functional operations.

I’m currently completing the IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate (Python, SQL, and data visualization) to strengthen my ability to turn operational information into clear insights. I’m also experienced using Jira for user stories and sprint tracking, and I bring e-commerce coordination experience through Shopify and appointment scheduling.
