I'm looking for opportunities to lead operations, hospitality, community, client relationships, and business development while improving service delivery, team performance, and guest experiences.

I've managed end-to-end hostel operations at Hostel Mantra, supervising front office, guest services, housekeeping, and café operations while leading a three-member team and reporting directly to the Owner.

Previously, I led a 25+ member team at Zucol Group, supported business development and CRM initiatives, and coordinated cross-functional workflows. I've also planned and executed 200+ community events, including a three-day community trip for 15 participants, creating welcoming guest experiences and meaningful community engagement.
