At Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., I serve as a Solution Architect and Design Owner for manufacturing, supply chain planning, logistics, clinical supply chain, and plant maintenance transformations. I contributed to programs exceeding CHF 10 million and lead CAB governance for enhancement portfolios with approximately CHF 500K in annual budgets.

At PHILIPS INDIA PVT. LTD., I led the architecture and global deployment of SAP APO demand and supply planning solutions, including PP/DS templates scaled across production sites.
