I configure and enhance gATP capabilities including CIF integration, product allocation, rule-based availability checks, product and location substitution, scheduling, backorder processing, and performance improvements. I translate business requirements into functional designs, configuration, test plans, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
I've led offshore deliverables and cross-functional teams, coordinated with business stakeholders, and created functional specifications, SOPs, and end-user documentation. I also bring hands-on experience with SAP SD, SAP SNC, SAP SPP, SAP APO SNP and DP, incident management, and functional testing.
