My approach blends product analytics, OKRs, and iterative delivery—turning vision into execution through PRDs/user stories, A/B testing, and Agile/Scrum. I’ve also driven GenAI transformation, moving from ML pipelines to RAG + LLM architecture through MVP releases and cross-functional delivery.
