I’m a Dedicated HR Executive with over 4 years of experience across recruitment, contract manpower management, HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. I focus on end-to-end HR delivery—sourcing through onboarding—while keeping labour compliance and documentation accurate.

At INGOTS (Titan Jewellery Pvt. Ltd.), I manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance. I coordinate manpower requirements for production units, monitor absenteeism with counseling interventions, and ensure timely filing of half-yearly and annual returns under CLRA and the Shops & Establishments Act.

Previously, at Mahindra Logistics, I handled HR operations across 3 concurrent projects, managing recruitment, compliance, and workforce support. I ensured timely remittance of ESI, PF, and LWF contributions, supported contract renewals and vendor compliance audits, and consistently maintained statutory registers and employee engagement initiatives.

Before that, I supported contract labour workforce operations at TVS Supply Chain and Solutions and provided backend HR/IT support at Titan Corporate. I’ve successfully managed grievances and exit formalities with accurate full & final settlements, executed employee engagement programs to reduce attrition, and coordinated ESIC/PF claims. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management to strengthen HR leadership capabilities.
