Designed and piloted an org-wide time-allocation survey with a 77 percent response, and took a company-wide HRIS to production in about 2.5 months. Described and digitized 10+ HR processes in Jira with templates, request intake, status flows, and dashboards.

Ran the mentor-student project platform on Yandex LMS for 100+ mentors and 280+ students, raising project completion from 60 to 90 percent. Removed roughly 50 hours a week of manual admin by turning student selection into a tool, and managed mentor onboarding and recruitment bot design.

Grew the Effie Young programme 2.5 times in its second edition, to 250+ participants and 12 partner companies, on a budget of about $25,000.

Managed partnerships for Global Tech Hub, a technology hub in Russia.

Managed external relations for Coca-Cola HBC in Russia.

Delivered 12+ cross-border projects, working by PRINCE2 in Oracle Project Management.

Onboarded and trained 7 project coordinators, and worked with about 20 freelancers a month.

Completed the Pedagogical Hardcore instructional design programme in 2024.
