I’m a marketing & commercial operations professional with experience building the systems that help sales teams move fast. For nearly 4 years, I remotely managed a portfolio of 130+ active land properties, and I built the CRM and marketing system the team ran daily.
I specialize in tailored sales strategies—turning property information into clear decisions for buyers. I produced listing collateral, managed social media presence, coordinated drone photography vendors, and ran neighbor-letter campaigns that generated direct buyer interest on new listings.
I also bring a strong customer- and people-focus from service and in-person retail/restaurant experience. As a bilingual online English teacher (Open English), I delivered one-on-one lessons using the platform’s curriculum and guided learners in speaking, listening, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary for their individual needs.
I’m currently studying Environmental Management (Universidad de la República) and participating in a research project on microplastics on Isla Gorriti, while developing Ola Verde to apply mindful design and communication.
