At Hype, I designed and standardised around 20 operational monitoring and performance processes across vehicles and drivers. I also built internal tools and Google Sheets and Zapier automations that saved selected users up to four hours of manual work per day.
As an independent consultant, I’ve delivered and deployed five systems for three clients. For Hype, I reduced the team’s weekly compliance-monitoring workload from around 30 hours to four, and introduced a WhatsApp AI assistant that handled around 80% of driver queries without involving the administrative team.
For a financial administration project, I created an email-driven tracker and document repository that centralised 213 documents and linked all 46 payment records to supporting evidence. I build workflows with structured data, alerts, quality checks, documentation, and human approval for sensitive decisions.
