For KEDGE Business School, I automated an employment outcomes survey campaign covering data collection, follow-ups, monitoring, reporting, and data enrichment. The response rate increased from 12% to over 50%.
At Rokett.co, I designed CRM, data, and automation systems for sales and recruitment activities. I also designed a multichannel prospecting system that became a major acquisition channel and generated nearly one-third of the company’s revenue.
