I’m a business operations & automation specialist targeting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and GTM Operations roles. I automate revenue and executive workflows end to end—process mapping, low-code build, rollout, and user training.

At an international tax firm, I designed and drove adoption of a JavaScript document-automation pipeline processing 4,000+ tax declarations per filing season. It removed a critical production bottleneck and eliminated manual per-document handling (~33 hours per season), reducing error risk. I also supported Salesforce administration for the GTM team, including opportunity creation, pipeline upkeep, and CRM data maintenance for reliable reporting.

I build practical analytics and enablement: Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting, plus automated Excel/VBA tools tracking operational output through the French tax busy season. I act as a business-technical liaison between the Paris office and the global development team, translating process gaps into specifications for internal tooling.

Previously as an Assistance Officer (Benelux), I coordinated emergency-assistance logistics across dozens of third-party providers under strict deadlines, maintaining clear client communication under pressure. I bring a structured, continuous-improvement mindset—backed by documentation and level-1 IT support for new joiners—so operations stay fast, reliable, and user-ready.
