I’m a systems-minded platform operator and technical problem solver with over a decade of enterprise infrastructure experience, owning and evolving real systems end-to-end. My work spans identity and access management, application monitoring, and platform operations—always centered on reliability, security posture, and user outcomes.

In my most recent role, I served as the technical owner of enterprise SaaS platforms for an employee benefits marketing organization, bridging marketing stakeholders, IT security, and external vendors. I designed scalable RBAC and Active Directory group hierarchies, implemented Azure Entra ID / Active Directory to application role mappings for automated provisioning, and led SSL/SAML certificate renewals via Venafi to keep authentication endpoints secure.

Earlier, I led enterprise monitoring platforms as a primary technical owner, including packet-capture real user monitoring and network device visibility, while managing vulnerability patching cycles and tuning alert accuracy to reduce noise. Now, I’m extending that practitioner foundation into hands-on AI infrastructure—operating a self-hosted two-node LLM inference environment, building workflow integrations, and using model evaluation and governance-minded testing to make AI adoption safer and more repeatable.
