What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own and evolve secure, reliable enterprise platforms—bridging engineering and business—while building hands-on AI infrastructure (LLM inference, governance, evaluation) that improves user outcomes and reduces operational risk.

My career has developed across IT operations, enterprise engineering, platform ownership, and business-facing technology leadership, with each stage adding a different layer of how I understand and manage technology.

I began in a 24×7 enterprise Command Center and NOC environment, supporting critical business systems through proactive monitoring, major incident coordination, technical triage, and stakeholder communications. I also took ownership of Cisco Secure ACS/TACACS+, which gave me early hands-on experience with enterprise access control and application ownership.

From there I moved into Enterprise Monitoring Engineering, where I became the primary SME and technical owner for enterprise application-monitoring platforms. That role deepened my experience with ITIL and ITSM processes, ServiceNow, vulnerability and technology-currency work, disaster recovery testing, application migrations, vendor evaluation, monitoring strategy, and working directly with application and infrastructure teams. I regularly translated technical requirements into platform capabilities and helped application teams understand how to use monitoring services effectively.

I later moved into Marketing Technology, bringing that operational and engineering background to the technology side of the business. I owned and governed a portfolio of SaaS platforms including Adobe Workfront, MediaValet, Magnolia CMS, and Seismic, working across vendor management, integrations, SSO and RBAC, access governance, migrations, application rationalization, workflow design, technical escalations, documentation, and user enablement. That role strengthened the part of my career I value most: working between business needs and technical implementation, helping teams get more value from technology while keeping the underlying platform environment governed and maintainable.

My current focus is Platform Management, Technology Management, AI Enablement, and business-facing technology leadership. I maintain a hands-on AI lab where I experiment with local and frontier LLMs, inference, RAG, n8n automation, APIs, AI-enabled web applications, multi-model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows. I use that work to build practical fluency with emerging technology, understand how new capabilities fit into existing systems and workflows, and make better-informed platform and vendor decisions.

Across roles, the consistent thread has been platform ownership, systems thinking, operational discipline, technology enablement, vendor management, and translating between technical teams and the people who depend on the technology.
