I’m an IT Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience delivering L1/L2 support and system administration in MSP and enterprise environments. I focus on fast issue resolution, dependable access control, and keeping systems reliable.
In my current role, I provide remote IT support for global business users, handling service requests and troubleshooting to meet SLA targets. I manage user provisioning and access management (including MFA via Azure AD / Entra ID), support remote desktop users, and maintain ticket workflows in ServiceNow and Autotask.
Previously at DXC Technology, I supported international clients by resolving complex issues across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and virtualized environments. I also handled onboarding/offboarding activities like device and account setup, and I contributed to internal communications and technical documentation.
