Provide supervision to a multi-disciplinary mental health team and facilitate weekly team meetings. Lead community outreach and address service gaps while managing consumer inquiries and representing the organization at statewide mental health meetings.

Deliver individual and couples/family counseling for clients ages 7 through adult, providing parent/caregiver support for behavioral and cognitive concerns. Apply child-centered therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Provide individual counseling to children ages 5–17 and support parents/caregivers with behavioral and cognitive concerns. Coordinate with psychiatric prescribers and interdisciplinary team members while using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to improve positive behaviors.

Provide school-hours counseling to elementary-aged children and support caregivers during difficult situations using solution-focused therapeutic techniques. Coordinate with faculty and staff as part of an interdisciplinary care team, including direct student observation and support.

Provide individual counseling in home and clinic settings using CBT, CBTp, and IMR as clinically necessary. Partner with case managers to ensure clients receive full service measures and support achievement of treatment goals.

Provide psychosocial rehabilitation in the community and clinic for individuals with chronic mental health diagnoses. Plan and facilitate group skills training to drive intrapersonal change and support client self-advocacy within an interdisciplinary care team.

Provide ongoing case management for families and children in the department’s care, assessing concerns of abuse and neglect and determining progress and service needs. Meet with clients regularly to ensure safety and coordinate additional services as required.

Assess claims of abuse and neglect and assign priority for protective services case handling. Coordinate with management to staff claims and discuss safety concerns with residents of State Supported Living Centers.

Provide one-on-one tutoring in psychology, study skills, and general business while mentoring students in time management and stress management for college success. Support student success department operations through front desk customer service, clerical/administrative work, and small group topic review sessions.

Directly monitor parent/child interaction during scheduled visitations and document observations for agency review. Terminate visitations as necessary and advise the agency of concerns based on observed interactions.

Provide basic care to child, adolescent, and adult mental health patients while observing psychosocial interactions and recording vital statistics. Assist the mental health team with one-on-one observations and support during restraints as needed.

Provide ongoing services to children in substitute care to meet program needs and achieve safety requirements. Conduct interviews and assessments during intake, gather information from relevant sources, and initiate legal action in accordance with program standards.
