What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can supervise an interdisciplinary team, provide evidence-based counseling, and strengthen community mental health access—turning crises into self-control, growth, and learning while supporting both clients and caregivers.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals across the age spectrum and people diagnosed with psychological disorders. I take an immediate crisis and turn it into an opportunity for self-control, advancement, and learning, while meeting clients at their best and encouraging them to do better—especially when situations feel difficult.

In my current role as Children’s Mental Health Director, I provide supervision to a multi-disciplinary team, facilitate weekly team meetings, collaborate across the organization to identify departmental needs, and address gaps through community outreach. I also bring a strong clinical foundation from roles including Clinical Therapist and Child and Adolescent Therapist, where I deliver individual and couples/family counseling and support parents/caregivers using child-centered therapeutic modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy within inter-disciplinary care teams.
