I've drafted, reviewed, and negotiated NDAs, licensing agreements, service agreements, and commercial MoUs for clients across the USA, Europe, and Dubai. My work includes advising on contractual risk and cross-border legal issues while building long-term client relationships through accurate, timely drafting.

In West Bengal courts, I've represented clients in civil, matrimonial, and consumer disputes, preparing pleadings, affidavits, legal notices, case briefs, and evidence analysis. I've also supported civil litigation and trial preparation as a Junior Associate in the Chamber of Advocate Somnath Mondal.

At Zaken Legal Consultancy Firm, I worked on white-collar crime and commercial disputes, drafting complaints, summons, warrants, and legal notices while researching IBC and NI Act matters.

I'm pursuing an LL.M. in Transnational Crime and Justice through UNICRI and the University for Peace, focused on international criminal law, humanitarian law, human rights law, cybercrime, terrorism, and transnational crime. I also bring training in intellectual property, media, and entertainment law, including trademark rectification, IP opinions, script clearance, and production agreements.
