I’m a legal counsel with over 9 years of experience in litigation, corporate advisory, and cross border disputes. I advise businesses on contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and developing dispute strategies, with a strong record of managing high-stakes matters before Courts.

In my current role as Independent Legal Counsel, I represent clients before the Delhi High Court and District Courts in civil, commercial, and criminal matters, including white-collar crimes, sexual harassment, property disputes, and contractual disputes. I draft and negotiate commercial agreements—lease agreements, service agreements, NDAs, employment contracts, EPC-related commercial documents, vendor agreements, and settlement agreements—while guiding clients on litigation strategy and legal risk exposure.

Previously, as a Corporate Lawyer, I managed cross-border disputes and arbitration matters across Europe and Asia, coordinating with international law firms to develop litigation and arbitration strategies. I also supported recognition and enforcement of an international arbitral award, and advised on data privacy, regulatory compliance, company incorporation, and intellectual property—so organizations stay informed and compliant.
