What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my contract, compliance, regulatory, and policy advisory experience in a role where I can strengthen practical legal frameworks, manage stakeholder relationships, and support organizations across complex operational environments.

I've advised clients through the District & Sessions Court, Howrah on commercial contracts, legal notices, NI Act matters, and dispute strategy.

At Jan Sahas Organization, I guided labor law, migration regulation, and constitutional compliance for a multi-state workforce. I also negotiated agreements, led cross-functional field teams, and worked directly with government authorities and legal institutions.

Through the Legal Policy Project, I built POSH policies, grievance-redressal systems, and safeguarding SOPs adopted by grassroots organizations. I facilitated training on labor law, workplace safety, and fundamental rights.

I'm AIBE-qualified and hold an LLM in Business Law. My work combines contract drafting, precedent research, regulatory advisory, ADR, and practical compliance implementation.
