Represent the State across civil, constitutional, service, and regulatory matters before the MP High Court, managing a live docket of 50+ files. Draft counter-affidavits, rejoinders, and departmental legal opinions while coordinating with State departments to formulate litigation strategy.

Advise remotely as an IPR and legal counsel for e-commerce and logistics startups, leading trademark strategy including searches, filings, and brand protection. Support IT-law compliance, consumer protection, and vendor contract/SLAs, and manage mandates end-to-end remotely.

Assist in institutional High Court matters for MPPSC, DAVV, IDA, and Indian Railways, including drafting writ petitions and counter-affidavits. Handle railway litigation and arbitration proceedings, and advise on commercial contracts, MoUs, NDAs, service agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Support preparation and conduct of complex constitutional, criminal, and intellectual property (including trademark) matters before the MP High Court. Research statutory provisions, prepare case summaries, and draft written arguments and affidavits under the supervision of senior counsel and former law officers.

Provide independent appellate and original-side advocacy, including writ petitions, criminal revision, bail applications, first appeals, MACT appeals, and insurance dispute appeals. Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and settlement options, and draft petitions, reply affidavits, and legal opinions.

Supported the Additional Advocate General in service-law disputes, land-acquisition proceedings, and constitutional challenges before the High Court. Drafted government briefs, legal opinions, and departmental notes for State departments.

Earned an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from DAVV, Indore in 2022.
