At Food Lover’s Market, I develop and launch butchery and meat-based retail products from concept through commercialization. I also lead product trials and process optimization, and support labeling and packaging development.

At Elgin Free Range Chickens, I developed and launched seasonal chicken product ranges for major retailers. I launched 13+ seasonal chicken products for Woolworths and conducted HACCP-based risk assessments, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing.

At Southern Oil, I assisted with product development and formulation and conducted sensory and quality testing. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Stellenbosch University and a Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching from HCA Academy, UK.
