At Barloworld – Ingrain SA, I managed wetmill and refinery operations, driving production, reliability and quality performance above target across four plants producing glucose from starch slurry.
I managed Process Controllers, Assistants and Co-ordinators, and worked to improve plant reliability through maintenance planning, raw-material cost control and operational process reviews.
At ABInBev (SAB Pty Ltd), I progressed from Brewing Trainee to Team Leader, managing shift operations and supporting production problem-solving, project commissioning and operator training across Maltings and Brewing.
My work has also included NPD and EPD at Reckitt Benckiser and laboratory roles at CSIR and the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I hold a Diploma in Brewing and a BSc and BSc Honours in Industrial & Applied Biotechnology, and I’m Green Belt certified.
