What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote or internationally based role in AI Enablement, Learning & Development, or Technical Program Management—partnering with cross-functional teams to modernize curricula and drive AI adoption.

I’m a Learning & Development and AI Enablement professional experienced in designing scalable training programs and leading technical trainer teams. I translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences while collaborating with cross-functional and cross-timezone stakeholders.

In my current role as Master Technical Trainer, I lead and mentor a team of 5 Full Stack Technical Trainers across distributed locations, standardizing delivery through async documentation and shared playbooks. I partner with academic leadership to modernize industry-aligned curricula and integrate AI-assisted teaching practices into computer science education.

I also drive AI tool adoption by evaluating and rolling out AI-assisted learning platforms, and I’ve delivered instructor-led training in Full Stack Development, Java, Spring Boot, and System Design. Previously, as a Technical Trainer & Subject Matter Expert and Research Associate, I delivered onboarding and operational training for 80+ employees and conducted AI/technology research for globally distributed clients.
