I'm currently driving end-to-end HRBP operations at Veer Pharmachem, from onboarding and plant induction through exit interviews and offboarding. I partner with Plant Safety Managers on hazard precautions, PPE audits, and worker training.
At Sigachi Industries, I governed payroll, advances, loans, and time-attendance synchronization for 400+ employees while maintaining compliance across PT, EPF, and Worker Compensation Insurance. I also supported external audits, HR MIS reporting, and Full & Final settlement inputs.
