I'm the IAM operations owner at Insyto Technologies, managing the end-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle for 150 users across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. I fulfil identity and access requests, administer Microsoft 365 access, and enforce RBAC-aligned group membership.

I've delivered 6–7 ServiceNow workflows for access requests, approval routing, Active Directory integration, and provisioning, creating stronger audit evidence while reducing manual effort. I also build dashboards that show access-request volume, ageing, and incident activity.

Previously, as the sole identity administrator at Square Space Architects, I owned identity lifecycle operations for a 150+ user environment. I designed department-based RBAC and Group Policy structures, managed Microsoft 365 administration, and built Splunk dashboards for failed-authentication monitoring.

I'm building hands-on IGA capability through Saviynt IGA and SailPoint IdentityIQ labs, including certification campaigns, entitlement management, access packages, and multi-level approval workflows. My work is grounded in least privilege, Zero Trust documentation, and audit-ready identity governance.
