Engineered and deployed a high-throughput PowerShell and Bulk Provisioning REST API framework to automate user ingestion from an ISAM database into Microsoft Entra ID, reducing provisioning time by 70%. Spearheaded directory hygiene and identity remediation workstreams, enforcing Zero Trust architecture and least-privilege access models.

Spearheaded the large-scale enterprise migration of 1,500+ applications from CyberArk and Okta to Microsoft Entra ID with zero user interruption. Architected secure SSO configurations via SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0, and directed a complex identity rebranding initiative across Active Directory and Entra ID tenant objects.

Managed Azure Active Directory user lifecycle operations and integrated Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) with enterprise cloud and on-premises applications. Upgraded legacy OIG connectors and established SCIM- and REST-based integrations for systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Box, and SAP.
