I've supported enterprise identity and cloud-integrated platforms at Wells Fargo, helping maintain operational health, governance, secure access delivery, and scalable technical operations.
I administer Microsoft Entra ID services including RBAC, Administrative Units, Conditional Access, identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, and audit remediation. I also support automation using PowerShell, GitHub, CI/CD, and Terraform, and have worked on Saviynt Connect installation and configuration.
Previously at SAP Labs, I managed Active Directory and hybrid identity synchronization, integrated IAM workflows with ServiceNow, and applied RBAC and ABAC models to support least-privilege access.
My IAM background also includes Okta, SSO, MFA, CyberArk PAM, access reviews, incident management, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect integrations. I value structured troubleshooting, clear operational documentation, and secure access experiences for enterprise users.
