At Accenture, I manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle for 500+ contractors across the UK and Ireland as the recognized Subject Matter Expert for UKI Contractor Exchange. In FY26, my work contributed to £193K+ in cost savings, while the team supported 499 contractor onboards and managed 618 demand requests.
I lead an 11-member team and serve as an escalation point for complex onboarding, rate, payment and compliance issues. I also built governance trackers and dashboards, including the MTC Master Tracker, and created Power Automate and Excel reporting solutions to reduce manual effort.
Earlier at Accenture, I wrote UKI contingent workforce SOPs and built a tenure-discount model to support cost savings. My experience also includes Beeline VMS UAT and training, supplier governance, and HR operations at Adecco India Pvt Ltd / Accenture, Philippines Region and Halcyon Hotel Residences.
