What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support senior leaders and help keep complex operations, projects, communications, travel, and events moving smoothly.

I've supported senior leaders at Capgemini, FTI Consulting, Steelcase, Heal Software, and Medic Ambulance/Sentivo Vineyards, managing complex calendars, executive travel, expenses, time entry, and shifting priorities across multiple organizations.

I'm currently supporting a President & COO who leads five family-owned companies, while auditing company websites and coordinating a summer music program from talent sourcing through promotion. I've also led marketing plans, board liaison work, events, website administration, and large-scale conference logistics.
