What I'm looking for

I seek a role that fosters innovation and collaboration, allowing me to leverage my research skills to influence policy and drive digital transformation.

I am a research professional with over eight years of experience in the Future of Work domain. My expertise lies in supporting mixed-methods studies for development partners, designing and facilitating AI and digital skills workshops, and advising policymakers on technology-driven employment strategies. I leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), STATA, and SPSS to generate impactful policy recommendations that inform national and regional digital transformation agendas.

Throughout my career, I have successfully co-designed and facilitated numerous workshops across multiple African countries, engaging stakeholders and gathering qualitative insights on AI adoption patterns. My work has contributed to significant reports and evaluations that prioritize participant privacy and psychological safety, ensuring honest assessments of skill gaps and learning needs. I am passionate about using my skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive meaningful change in the workforce.
