What I'm looking for

I seek an impactful data science/M&E role in a mission-driven organization where I can apply analytics to improve program outcomes, build dashboards, mentor teams, and influence policy through evidence-based insights.

I am a results-driven data scientist with over six years' experience in statistics, monitoring & evaluation, and policy analysis. I specialize in turning complex datasets into actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and sustainable development outcomes.

At Research PLUS Africa I designed M&E frameworks, built Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting, and presented findings at national conferences, including a WAPOR presentation in April 2024. I have authored research proposals, published work on policy impact, and led data visualization for a MasterCard Foundation evaluation.

I hold an MSc in Mathematical Statistics and am proficient in Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, STATA, and SPSS, with hands-on experience in machine learning, regression modeling, and ethical data governance. I seek roles where I can apply rigorous analytics, mentor teams, and drive evidence-based decisions.
