What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven client support and operations leader who helps law firms deliver accurate, timely legal service requests. I focus on improving client satisfaction by tightening processes and resolving complex issues in fast-paced environments.
As a Premium Support Manager, I build and maintain strong client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction. I also coordinate legal document submissions and standing orders to support seamless case processing, while troubleshooting client portal access to reduce delays and improve the user experience.
Before that, I served as a Client Support Analyst, managing high-volume client communications and resolving inquiries efficiently. I partnered cross-functionally to drive fast issue resolution, trained and onboarded new team members, and maintained documentation that strengthened workflow consistency and data accuracy.
Earlier, I led operations as a General Manager, owning daily scheduling, staffing, and inventory management while raising customer satisfaction by quickly resolving issues. I’ve carried that same operational rigor into support work through audits, evaluations, and ongoing team development.
