My career has centered on making complex work easier to understand and carry out. As Director of Client Experience and Engagement at a busy law firm, I lead client experience, legal operations, digital systems, and workflow improvement. I have refined intake and communication processes, managed website redesign and content systems, created staff training resources, built automations and lightweight tools, and introduced AI into legal workflows with careful attention to accuracy, privacy, and compliance.

Earlier in my career, I helped clients navigate complicated healthcare and insurance decisions. That experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, design accessible content, and create trustworthy experiences in regulated environments.

I am especially interested in roles that combine operations, automation, responsible AI adoption, and UX or product design. I enjoy identifying friction, organizing complicated information, and transforming inefficient processes into intuitive workflows, tools, and experiences that work better for both customers and internal teams.
