I am an IT and iGaming professional with over 10 years of experience across software engineering, QA, and technical account management. I focus on aligning technical solutions with business goals and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful deliveries.

In my recent role as Technical Account Manager at Play’n GO, I managed end-to-end integrations for Tier 1 clients and played a key role in launching the company’s first regulated online casinos in multiple US states. I create and maintain project documentation, lead troubleshooting efforts, and run customer training to improve time-to-resolution and knowledge transfer.

As a Performance QA Engineer at Betsson Group and earlier as a Senior Software Test Engineer, I designed and executed automation frameworks, built QA processes from scratch, and streamlined partner onboarding through standardized compliance test packages. My work reduced regression cycles and increased test automation coverage.

I hold certifications in Project Management Foundations (Google), a Product Management Diploma, and ISTQB Foundation. I bring practical experience with C#, Python, Java, test automation, CI/CD, and collaboration tools, and I enjoy mentoring others and improving processes to deliver high-quality results.
